I do not use PPC. I think, the new hottest thing is live videos~ huge traffic and good marketing if you know what you are doing.

To clarify a bit more... There are PPC companies that do whatever PPC you want them to do, for any industry. They take 3 to 6 months to really get a campaing working effectivly. I have worked with one of the largest PPC companies in my area and I was teaching them how to do PPC for real estate. I am looking to hire someone who already knows real estate, that can tell me what I need to do. :) Thanks for the replies so far.

Since your needs are very specific, I recommend to hit pause, until you can take action. These tools will prove invaluable since your target is clearly defined.
