Craigslist doesn't allow links anymore like they use to. Check their current terms of use. Did your ad violate any of these terms?
- "Each real estate for sale posting must be 100% about a single, specific, currently available property.
- Lead capture, loans/financing, services, offers to buy, lists/directories, and/or driving users to a website are not allowed.
- Please do include:
- all relevant information about the specific property you are selling
- multiple high-quality photographs of the specific property on offer
- street address, and location on craigslist map
- Please do NOT include:
- cartoon or graphic images, photographs of yourself or other people
- links to "more information" elsewhere
- photos with "click below," contact info, or other writing
- search links, or information about multiple properties
- advertisement for services of any kind, including financing or loan information
- advice about buying and/or selling and/or market conditions"

CL can be a pain, they seldom delete mine but have Ghosted me several times which may be worse.
But I am seeing much better results on FB and AR now anyways so I dont concentrate on cl too much.

I've used the real bird templates in the past w/o issue and before that with stuff I've written that had links and such. The problem is your competition or some butt-hurt a-hole is going to be surfing and reporting everything they either don't agree with or that hurts their business. You just need to go on every couple hours and keep reposting if it gets deleted. There are some services that will do that for you.
Personally, for home sales CL has been useless. For rentals it's been good, but scammers steal the content and post their own, so you have to be very vigilent. They'll even do it with for sale listings too.

Sorry, Lise.... I stopped posting to Craig's List at least 4 years ago... got tired of them hijacking my listings and turning them into rentals.

Lise,
In our area, Craig's list is the last place in the world we would recommend posting a listing. It is a gold mine for all kinds of scammers from Nigeria for instance, where they claim they can sell it for a lot less or rent it. They advise the responder not to contact agent, and they often use the owner's name (as they research title) as their name on their email address...A

May be another agent wants to bump you off..... A scammer will use it for rental solicitation.

Craigslist is part of our marketing - and we have sold property this way. We don't have an issues with them deleting our listings. I am unsure of what you are doing that is causing problems.

Craigslist is a cesspool. I used to advertise there 6-7 years ago and everything was "stolen" and used to create fraudulent ads, or my ads were flagged by the competition and deleted. I gave up.

I don't use Craigslist for anything, there is pretty much nothing but bad press associated with it. I know this doesn't answer your question.

Perhaps it is time to give up on Craigslist? Sad and what a wasted effort. Must be aspiring jealous agents are knocking your posts out.

See Jeff Pearl answer,
+ someone could report you. I had that long time ago and I think another agent was reporting me just delete the competition.

Lise Howe I have stopped posting on CL for many years now! Not worth the efforts for sure.

I was using Craiglist a couple of years agoand figured out how to get them from being deleted but the scammers were worrying me to death so I stopped.

CL has been getting very picky about the ads. Also if you tick off the content Nazis, they will delete an ad. CL has not been a good lead source for me.
