The 3 I've read the most, I just enjot them so much are almost annually are:

The Referral of a Lifetime, Adrift 77 Days Lost At Sea and The Richest Man in Babylon, but the book hands down that got me started as a true Entrepreneur and has had the greatest impact on my life is:

Michael E. Gerber's The E-Myth Revisited.

Of course, Think and Grow rich by Hill.

Obviously the Bible goes at the top of the list.  

After that:

The classic "sales books" by Bettger, Carnegie, Mandino, Hill et al.

Classic literature including War and Peace, The Iliad, Dante, Shakespeare.

There have been so many that have contributed to the result that you see.

The Godfather.... the best business book ever written....

Mutiny on the Bounty Trilogy: It covers all the human natures at work & play

Any spiritual book that speaks truth ... motivates me in life.  Period. 

Reading real estate books about real estate business makes the reader indistinguishable from the other smiles in the sea of real estate agent smiley faces.

The books I find most beneficial to my business are those that influence how I live my days.

How one lives their days, is now they live their life.

Books that compel me to examine my 'why' are most likely to influence the decisions I make in the moment.

Phoenix stories from any discipline have the nugget of truth that when the student is ready, the transformation is possible.

From the Divine Comedy to Comedy Central, the plight and plagues of the pursuit of power and pleasure unfold for the prepared student to recognize and respond.

For me, a little pamphlet size paperback titled "Sit, Walk, Stand" by Watchman Nee was profoundly influential. Do not expect any NLP, scripts or 77 year prospect farming strategies.

hmm a single book that would be tough all knowledge can be motivating and helpful.. read as often as you can

There are many but I am most interested in real estate investing. One of my favorites is "Millionaire Real Estate Investor" by Gary Keller.
