if the market changes, my marketing needs to be altered.... I make adjustments.... the way I market works....I would either increase it or decrease it.... that reflects the state of the market....

My hubby does this for me. We tweak each month and do a more detailed analysis each quarter.

The plan is the plan unless it's revealed somethings off, we review the plan monthly, but it's a pretty proven plan after 18 years of practicing it.

yes. . .  I see what is working and what is not. . .  then try new advertising, new marketing, emails, etc to see where I get the best response.  Real estate is constantly changing. . .  keep up with the buyers and sellers needs

Prefer quarterly, but as Lyn Sims said when you are in a ditch, it's time then and there!

I adjust it constantly with every new transaction. At this moment, i'm working very hard, I hope, it all will pay off.
