I teach real estate, develop real estate, build homes and list and sell real estate and have a few dozen rental properties. My husband and I also are investors in pizza restaurants. We don't want to do anything more. 12-14 hours days are enough.

• Computer Consulting - mostly my Husbands, but I send him business as well and do some message taking - lol real important job for me ;)

I have (in the past) done other things, but for right now I must concentrate on my real estate business.  I don't like spreading myself too thin.

    When social media came into vogue, I created a social media consulting company with some partners.  We set companies up on Facebook and Twitter, and got them started.    There was a "window" of time before that industry became saturated (just like SEO back in the day).   We took advantage of that window and made money!  BTW, it was not a "small" business... we dealt with Enterprise level companies.

I do some light carpenter work.  I love doing this so one day jobs are what I do.

My side business is taken crystal photos of homes on the market. I do not charge my clients for photos if they list with me. However, I got slapped by the owner wanting me to take new photos. The buyers did not get the loan. If it was sold then they say wow you are good.
