The best one is the one you actually use! I have burned through a number of them, finally settled down with ixact because it's super user friendly, yet offers a lot of features. They have a free trial period, so I would sign up for it and give it a whirl.

Tom a good CRM is the one that works best for you. So many agents have one and don't use it all that much. I had Top Producer for years but they fell behind about 10 years ago on syncing with iphone. I'm sure they've got that figured out long ago but at the time they told us it would be 2 years and I didn't want to wait. We changed to Ixact and it's simple and easy to use. But honestly I still miss TP!!
