Top Producer. Very powerful is the best pro. Difficult learning curve and a bit outdated in the formatting.

Realty Juggler, cheap and to the point. If I do change it will be SaleForce.

Brivity - it's robust, does everything you could ever want in a real estate CRM (and was developed by a top real estate agent!) and is incredibly user-friendly.
Their customer service is positively world-class as well!

Pro & Con
It's very organic and interactive for my business, it cost a monthly fee, not one and done (fee).

Anita Allen ACT! A very good CRM, but it is not specifically designed for real estate.

I use two.
For traditional purposes I use WiseAgent.com
LIKES: checklists, cloud based, multiuser, post dated notes, and all the regular stuff for the 1980 - 2015 practice.
CONS: old stuff for old agents.
SUGARCRM:
PRO: Ahead of the curve with all of the 10% of stuff you really will use and the ability to take your business into the 2020 business environment
Con: It's going to cost more that the $30 a month, the conventional price that comes with shiny things.

Top Producer, and has a lot to the program, but don't use it all. Not very user friendly either, but have had it for years.

Have used Outlook for many decades, just started with eEdge this past month since it is part of the KW package. Will see if it works out well and decide which to keep in a few months.

Anita Allen - the best is ReferralMaker from Buffini & Company - can't beat that for sure.

I use Market Leader and iHouseWeb. Market Leader allows users a little more control over automated responses, but the interface of iHouseWeb websites are decidedly more user end friendly. It's a toss up. I hate paying for both sites, but the SEO from having both sites active is a very beneficial.

When I was with Coldwell Banker for 7 years I used ACT.
I currently use Circle Dog which is no longer available. I have the CD. It's so simple to use and I can change the templates to suit me. It's not complicated to use which I love and no glitches.
The only con is that it is not web-based. However I do most of my updates at my desktop so I work around it.

Well I know after today which one I'll never use due to their terrible customer service. I'll save that for another day....

Jungo. Too many pros to list, I love it. Cons are a high price tag and it takes a while to really learn how to use everything (once you do though it's amazing)

Outlook and systems I have created. It works exceptionally well for me. I just to not see a need to overkill on a CRM that has more bells than are needed. Certainly don't need to extra expense either.
