I've been working hard to develop my Commercial Real Estate skills. Last Friday an established Commercial agent approached me to create a complementary relationship in my area.  I'm looking forward to the opportunity.

Took a day trip with my family to my favorite mountain town in Idaho and a drive through the valley I grew up in. -Kasey

Having a criminal arrested for vandalizing my car. Very happy!

I made it out on the boat 2 days in a row. It's pretty smokey here with all the fires.

I just wish I could remember last week, it was such a blur!

     I lost my brand new cellphone, and blew the transmission out of my classic Mercedes.

Spent time with my grand kids. One day at Hurricane Harbor Water Park. Roller Coaster Friday with my oldest at Six Flags. Play date with a couple of the younger boys. Finished the week with a trip to Dinosaur Valley. Lots of fun & sun!

I took my bride on a date after she'd been gone for a week, we went to one of our favorite Greek restaurants where they treat us like family-returning each time we go.

My high light of the week was IT ENDED. On to this week and bigger and better things as the sale that haunted me closed today

Updated my vehicle

Spending 2.5 hours going over disclosures with a client. Then another several hours putting together an offer and preparing the offer package only to have the client change their mind ... not writing an offer on that property.

It's great fun.  I love what I do. 

And  I just wnat to thank Ryan Huggins - Thousand Oaks, CA for savign that puppy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  

Eventually I hope to write a post about it, but last week was the second half of my ten day trip to Montana. There were too many highlights to pick one. It could have been the somewhat scary drive along the "Going-to-the-Sun Road" in Glacier National Park, or the dinners on the back deck of a cabin overlooking Flathead Lake, or the hiking in the Swan Mountains or the kayak trip down the river or.....   I also did work, but last week my highlights were not work related!

It was a straightforward week. I suppose the rattlesnake about 15 feet from our yard might qualify but not really a highlight!

Helping friends close (almost $25,000 over ask price)  on house and keep them calm during process of move.  Sometimes a few bottles of champagne and cheese/crackers cantake the edge off on moving day!

My wife and I went to the Staples Center in downtown Los Angeles and saw Tim McGraw & Faith Hill on their Soul2Soul Tour.  This was much needed and the highlight of the week.
