Seems like the number of photos keeps going up. How many do you think the  internet viewers really look at

My MLS allows 24 photos. Zillow is unlimited as far as I know and whatever lands in Zillow should automatically land in Trulia. Realtor.com shows the photos that are downloaded from my MLS. Unless you pay extra to them I don't think you can add. I always use at least 24 photos.

I think our MLS is up to 45 now.

We can do 25 in our MLS and I do. I don't know the max number for those other sites off hand but I tend to use a lot of photos...good quality ones, that is

Our MLS is not unlimited. Usually I get 30-75 professional photos and change them out with different descriptions. I believe we are allowed 36.  I am unsure about R & Z . We utilize a system in our back-end that allows unlimited photos and a wider online visibility.

I've seen over 70 pictures per property in our MLS. I post between 20 and 40 depending on the features of the house. If there is something extra special I'll post more. Otherwise, more than 40 will just be repetitive.

My MLS - I use 24/24

Realtor.com - I use 40/40

Z & T - I think the max is 100 and it depends but, I typically use 36-40.

I believe the maximum number of photos in our mls is currently 99 and don't know about the other sites.  The number I use depends on the property.

Our MLS takes up to 30 but my Realbird is endless. I take 30-50 and use the best that conveys the message about the property.

Our MLS allows 25.  Still amazing to me that listing agents load 1 or 2 OR 25 blurry ones and get to keep their job.

I don't really know but it's around 30 I believe. The # of pics depends obviously on the sq footage of the place. It's been recently 'upped'.

30 which us usually more than enough. I use amount needed. A 1bdr condo might only need 10-15, while a 3 lvl Colonial could need 30 or more.

In the Denver MLS, we now can upload up to 35 photos, but still have the option of a virtual tour, and have all the photos with no limit.

36, and residential listings use up every slot. Commercial listings, not always as many but we use at least a dozen or more for those too. Many of those images are not actually photographs but maps, annotated aerials and demographic snapshots etc.

My MLS allows 99.  I've never seen an upper bound on Z or R.  Right now, I'm averaging in the mid 20s, but the answer is "enough to properly showcase the house."

It is not the quantity, but the quality.  I have seen so many subpar photos on sites, it is frightening...and the sad part some were taken by a so-called professional...A

The number of photographs would depend upon the property. It is good to show the features that would appeal to propective purchasers.

25 for both MFRMLS(Florida) and Sandicor(San Diego)  I could care less what Z & T allow. I will typically use more than 25 and utilize collages for vertical shots

Its 35 allowed but its more prudent to go quality that quantity...

36 in our Maine MLS portal for image sockets to fill. Why not do that and more on your own portals? Links to full motion videos of property and area flavor help the buyer differentiate the listings and neighborhoods which saves all of us in the real estate triangle time. The shoe box 5-3-1 ranch can only get so much imagery attention but make it a farm property and chewing up 50 to 70 is easy. Covering the brook water frontage in the back forty, the seven buildings that go with the farmstead that has open and wooded land to showcase to a far away online buyer.

35. Zillow forced this change to MLS systems since they innovated and the MLS systems were woefully behind.

We get 36. I do not though fill all if i do not have good photos to show. I use enough to show the home and what i want people to see

Investor grade real estate gets a street view.

Invisible inventory gets three.

The rest averages 1 photo/100 sf conditioned space.

Some resources allow 25 to 100 photos. Some agents think 75 images of the kitchen is beneficial. What a shame.  Just because you can doesn't mean you should fill every slot.

I think the MLS Max is 36.  I try to use that many if I can have enough good pictures.  I rarely use more.
