I haerd Floyd speak when we were both much much younger! Not since then!

I have not....the only motivational speaker I've listened to was Tom Hopkins.... 35+ years ago....that's all I needed...if you've heard one, you've heard them all...

What's a Floyd Wickman?

Back in the '70's.

I have not, but have attended plenty of workshops where the speaker quoted him often.

Was he the Sweat hog guy?

I heard Floyd Wickman speak at some workshop, waaaaaay back in time.  He was wonderful.

I heard him speak back in the mid 80's when I was with the ERA franchise. Wasn't his program called sweat hogs or something like that?

Never took a Floyd Wickman seminar but I heard about him years ago. However I am of the mind set that givers gain!  That come from PSI seminar background and other well known trainers.

I first saw Floyd Wickman in 1987 at a Coldwell Banker convention.  I've heard him speak a couple of times since, at Florida Realtors or NAR conventions.  But I never signed up for a course or coaching with him.

I have not heard him speak.

I do not know who Floyd Wickman is.  Is he someone I should check out and something that I should pursue?  -Kasey

So good to talk to you today! Floyd Wickman was instrumental in helping me understand the core values of how real estate is best practiced and they jived with mine! I remember many of his life lessons because they pertain to our personal life too. Sweat hogs was inspiring and the "Get by Giving" philosophy is the way I practice Real Estate and is indeed fulfilling and still works for me 26 years later.

Early in my career I remember taking a class with sweathogs, but have not since.

At least 10 years ago...

I have a hard enough time getting through the course offered and required by Sandy!

No and it's been years since I've heard his name, Margaret Rome, Baltimore Maryland! But, if his philosophy is 'you get by giving,' I know I would like him! 

Margaret Rome, Baltimore Maryland The Sweathogs program was very big when I first got into real estate. I never did participate in his seminars, but I did listen to a lot of his tapes.

Sweathogs in 2002. It was ok, and I learned some things, but it could have been better imo. I felt it was too expensive to continue at the time. The next step cost $1095.00 to $1395.00 .Too much for most new agents.

I was kicked out of his class many years ago... too independent in my thinking and not appreciative enough of his approach or sufficiently subservient to the ideas proferred.
