I am using Realty Juggler which at $99 a year is a great value. I am considering a change to SalesForce because of their early adoption on aritificial intelligence.

I do not.  I use Outlook and other programs that work very well for me. It is all about having a system which can be created for little or not cost. 

I used it about 15 years ago before it went online. Back then they were all about support and training. That ended about 12 years ago...

I have have had many agents use top producer, and my wife used it in the past. Good system, but we know use salefore, it is a CRM on steriods!

Top Producer had a big learning curve.  I never stuck with it.  

I used it probably 15 years ago and it was not user friendly. I have been told that it is still not user friendly!

I use Market Leader CRM which integrates with my website, IDX and has good follow up prompts.

Each agent in our brokerage uses their own contact management system. We do have a system available for all connected with our website.

A CRM is only as good as the time you spend using it. There is no magic CRM.

Hubspot or Mailchimp is all one really needs, IMHO.

Years ago we used to but they didn't keep up with technology fast enough. We considered it again but apparently it's going through another makeover and it won't be done until next year. As it is they're kind of spread out and that just didn't work for our needs.

I do.  A rep did some on-site training w/ our company.  Other than that I use the help tab. 

As you have/will discover TP has a learning curve that stretches beyond the horizon and, due to it age, has become an exception based program.  Not a good choice expect for those already enrolled.

I suggest WiseAgent.com or SurgarCRM depending on where you see your business headed in the nest 5 years.

As Clifton L. Saunders stated SalesForce is the gold standard for CRM and embraces the future/now technologies you must be focused on. It comes with a price tage. Sugar is a less expensive, leading technology alternative.

Ginger, I had TP for years - I took classes locally for two SOLID days and updated with webinars after that. I still found it to be cumbersome and it became increasingly difficult to train assistants on it. This year, I went with Brivity and 1/2 day, all 5 of us were trained on it and LOVE it!
