other than higher end new construction what I see are Smart TV's in most homes, not sure that qualifies to answer your question ;:-)

We haven't seen too  much, but smart pool...sounds intriguing!

Just starting to. One of my client's has a Nest Thermostat in the house. This is a thermostat with artificial intelligence that learns your heating and cooling habits.  You can control it remotely with your phone.  Pretty cool! (Think I'll blog about it.)

I am hearing lots more talk about it but so far this is over the budgets of most of the buyers in the area.

In the new construction..although a buyer of mine is looking at a resale home that has capability to monitor the HVAC and security system by phone.

Almost none.

Yes, smart tankless water heaters, Nest thermostats, regulated sprinkler systems and lights within the home.

The only "smart" home feature I've seen is a doorbell with a wifi video feature. It was a security system for a drug house.

I  have a closing next week that has instant hot water instead of a hot water tank, seeing them more and more.

I have never heard of a smart pool, but I have a smart thermostat - at least it is smarter than I.

No.  I dislike them from a security standpoint.

Not yet.  With all the hacking going on, perhaps it is not "smart" to have your home "connected" to the Internet.

A few ... not many.  Newer homes tend to lean that way.

I suspect the upper-end new construction homes will start incorporating lots of smart features.  Mid to lower end, maybe not so much.
