I'd sell my current home and move to our retirement spot and build a small house there. I would not buy bigger. I'd want simpler with less stuff (but radiant flooring, I have to have that!)

My first thought is 'no', as I love where I live and our house Will Hamm.  Of course I would have access to funds to continue remodeling, and wouldn't have to do '3 Projects a Year' and extend out that timeframe!  My second thought is 'no', that I would not be on TV or interviewed, and would have Legal assistance speaking for me, nor would I leave/quit my job and make it publically known.  I would do everything possible to not be in the public eye!

Yes!!!!! How much someone won? Would it be enough for an island? 

I'm not sure as we love our house but we would like a pool and our yard just isn't big enough to do one the size we like properly. We also have great neighbors and live on a great street too.
