I typically use drone video over stills.

But if I have a a beach front or golf course property (or only land) I'd use both. The listing location determines it more than my preferences.

Both. Depending on what kind of property, an informational video with stills and slides, something that shows the property off or with my big land parcels just aerial flyovers with music.

I use both, depending on what kind of property it is... I always use a professioonal photographer and vitual tours... but will do aerial views if the house and location warrant it.

Depends on the property. Some of the properties need a drone video to show the entire property in a flowing manner. Some properties, will do better with stills because you may not want to flaunt the power lines nearby:) etc. :)
