We once had a tenant who filled the sink drain with bobby pins.  Very little surprises me with tenants.

I was sure hair was clogging the drain and never expected q-tips. Tenant should pay.

I wonder if she was possibly trying to clean around the drain under the drain pop up and those are the one that have fallen in over the years. I know I have almost dropped a few when doing that.

Clearly, her q-tips had gone too deep, and had damaged her brain.  Is that 'grey-matter' on those q-tips?

Blah.  No fun.

We do let tenants know that if the plu,ber deems it to be their fault, they will have to pay.  We clean out p-traps between all tenants.

Unbelievable, the truth is that the poceros discover all kinds of things when they open the pipes. Luckily, now there is a ditchless poceria and some secrets will remain hidden! 

It looks like they are pretty recent so I guess it would have to be the current tenant...not a past one
