Yeah, the suicide question was actually spam. For a Canadian psychic line in French. LOL.The bigger problem is, why don't people think before answering every question. Some shouldn't be given any attention at all, once read.

I missed the suicide question?  Darn!  We're not the only ones with a repetitive Q&A section.  I'm on Homes.com as well and every 3rd question is "how do I get my rental posted here?"  Heck, they even have some students asking questions too!

real estate is an ever changing business.  Maybe you don't have a new question today, but tomorrow that could change.

Perhaps it has.  I still do go to the Q&A first thing in the morning, most days,  while I enjoy my coffee.

Title companies have access to information of great interest to agents such as whether litigation was pending against the management company or association. 

How can title companies work with agents in a manner that grow the agents business and referral to the title company?

Lot of new agents coming on board every month. To these newbies these are not OLD questions.

That would be impossible David. We still have billions of answers to give.

I believe this section could use an overhaul. I'd like to see it opened up to the public.

Some times I feel questions are not worth asking anymore.

It does get old seeing the same old questions sometimes.

Some do seem to have lost direction, but the humor still comes out in the answers

I don't think so... part of the problem is the repeat questions from all those Utah students.

I still love this section as I am sure most folks do.  Opinions are like noses.  

The Q & A serves a very good purpose and if you have a question you can lways get it answered here... I have asked somw questions I really needed an answer to and was amazed at the wonderful answers I got! I lso have ead other questions and the answers and really enjoyed and or learned from them. Life isnt perfect and neither is the Q & A section but both are worthwhile.

on the other hand if you see a question you dont like move on... 

I did not see the questions you are referring to, but was on vacation.

Like anything, it is what we make it.

I've never been a fan of the format but I continue visiting for the points and to learn about my fellow 'Rainers. There are still some gems in here.

I like this section too. No worries, today we have a lot of questions after a long weekend:) 

Every now and then theres something new. But this keeps some people busy so I'd imagine they are going to keep it around.
