  SEMRush has been around a long time.  Probably better for enterprise level companies, than say, a real estate office.

SEMRush stands alone much like SalesForce does in the CRM category.

However, it is overkill for the real estate agent whose solutions may be restrained to that of the traditioinal solutions.

If an agent has more product diversity such as on-line training, calcutaorts, books or apps, SEMRush will prove beneficial.
