What's better than that? The company is doing so well we have more agents than all the franchises in the area! Saving for retirement has a lot to do with how well you save your money! People like to over spend; cut down your spending & work hard & you'll have plenty!

If you have the latter, it is much easier to get optimum results with the former. A long-term game plan and $$ safety net allows you to be far more selective with intake.

I think the majority of real estate agents have all they can do to live from month to month and continue to pay their bills....at least, that's what I'm seeing from most in today's extreme seller's market....
