I wouldn't. I'm learning so much more the last 20 years on my path. My books, peeps and training is priceless. Now...I'd attend Harvard or UCSD for the fun of it. But the real education is found in the evolving life of an entrepreneur....as far as I'm concerned.

I have been considering going to back to obtain my JD the last few months. I have had a few instances where I would love to do as Barbara Todaro stated. I'm tired of people jerking the eff out of other people. I already tried to get hours to sit for my CPA, but I just do not enjoy it. I've also strongly considered going back to the electrical apprenticeship to follow in my grandfather & father's footsteps. I just see so many people needing good help with repair items and they are always so many weeks out on being able to get to the work.

Doing great with my current knowledge base, but if I where to pick degrees that I would work on if I could go back in time, it would be a JD, a MBA, and possibly a CPA for a career direction in investment banking...I like being over prepared for important situations.

Many things that I would study don't need a degree. Game Warden, Fire Science, Military, Lime mortars, Cemetery ownership/management, Stone masonry, preservation, conservator, operating an Assisted Living facility where people could actually afford to stay at, etc.

I have many interests and do a lot of online courses.  I would never go back to college to get a degree.  I might, however, consider a trade school to become an expert in one field... say graphics.

What a good question making one (some) pause to answer. I like taking the different classes of all kinds not necessarily in aide of a degree. I went to college in my fifties to find out what it was all about. Did the four year degree in 2.5 years with highest honors known. I couldn't wait to leave. Why? The classroom approach is full of tools. Life is full of applications. Live life because of learning there is no end. Put to use what is learned!
