I have never heard about an adespresso product but there is an adespresso site that provides some very good social media information. In fact, I often share their articles via my weekly FB post.

I am with Joe Pryor. Seems like more than one product comes to market daily!

I have not heard of them.  There are too many products out there fending for my business!  I think Realtors are targets -- we could go broke buying all those "you have to haves"

I've followed AdEspresso for quite some time now, they post some really good content about social media mktg.

Haven't used their product in the past because I never really saw a reason to. They're sort of like an ad management platform within an ad management platform...

You can do just about everything they offer within FB's ad manager itself. Not to say their training isn't worth it, but personally I have enough software to learn as is.

Might as well imbibe all of their free content and apply those tricks to FB yourself, you'll save a little money that way.

I'm usually doubling down on organic as opposed to PPC traffic anyways.

HOWEVER, 

I do advise those wanting to advertise on Facebook they really, really, really need an intermediary/developer to help them and a dashboard that makes since of a Tsunami of data. This company is owned by HOOTSUITE, so you can be sure they know about dashboards and data aggregation  I use Effectual Resolutions which no one has heard of either.

A/B testing, although important, is not so important for real estate implementations UNLESS you have other hooks, products and services to deploy such as CISscore.

Now, I took the time to immerse into their freely offered training. I picked the CTA tutorial. Easy to read, very easy to scan and by the way a great way to see which CTA causes you to stop scanning.

They affiliate with some incredible shakers and movers in the marketing arena. 

IF one is going jump into facebook why not use AdExpresso?

Well, could be the monthly fee of $49. Well that's not so bad.

But when you look under the hood, that $49  is married to a ad budget of $3,000 monthly. Now that is a commitment.
