If you know what you are doing, your real estate business will not stall.

My mantra is there is always a market.

To some degree, it's been plateauing (not stalling) since August 2017 in some markets, while others still enjoy multiple offers. Buyers have become more discerning and less lured in to the bidding war. I've remained busy through all markets; even the The Great Depreciation, I just had to work harder.

No crystal ball, but no downturn in sight right now! A cyclical business!

There are ever-so-slight signals of a ever-so-subtle shift taking place. Typically, without a crystal ball, we see the "stall" after it has occurred.

We're still in recovery in my niche market . . . so, ummmm . . . 2-3 years.

Inventory is increasing but it's also November here. Does this every year usually.

We have two months of inventory in our local single family home market and despite a lot of new construction, builders cannot keep up with the demand. Unless people stop wanting to move here, or in lieu of a national crisis, I don't see the end anytime soon.

Whos' stalling? No stalling here. The hardest to sell homes sell best in a reduced (winter) inventory. People are always moving. 

My crystal ball for such predictions got broken a long time ago.

I don't have a crystal ball, but business is good and it's going to get even better!  But due to the cyclical business that it is ... what goes up will come down.

I am in Florida and we are growing daily. We are also receiving many relocating from Irma and Maria.  We have a housing shortage.  I believe we will continue to grow for several years to come.  

The shift has started, hopefully it will just be a small adjustment, but...

MY real estate market will stall two weeks after I take my eye off the ball.

However, the real estate market in Florida will continue with no more that 3% deviation throughout the year, whether I am or am not a part of it.

There will be a Wall Street adjustment. If I knew when that would occur I would not be hawkking real estate.

As long as interest rates stay low. If we see a bump in rates, we could see a slow down at 4.5 and a stoppage at 5

I think my real estate market will continue until peoplel no longer need a place to live.

It looks like it stalled/declined a bit over a year ago here in NY and certainly in the higher end of the market.  It all varies by area of country.  We are just outside NYC.

We'll start seeing signs next year. Maybe it will take a few years to drop, but it will.

Oh, who knew it would go on for as long as it has?!

We still have to recoup some inventory before we even think about moving to a neutral market, muchless a buyers market. So, chances are, several years! Who really knows though?!

The opposite of what clueless pundits say on TV

The 2017 recession did not happen as predicted. If the other party was in office it would accelerate the process.  Long term prospect in our area is very rosy and most modest homes will approach 2M. I expect some RE and stock correction after threat of of a war, or hasty end of the political stability.  The easy money will not last forever as if it was not cheap gas price we would have headed for a higher inflation rate by now.  My crystal ball is 2020 era we are heading for a recession.  

1-3 years minimum

We should have 3 more good years.

We have enjoyed a very strong 4 years, and economists say we shall see another couple years.  Only time will tell.
