Yes, and not just business goals. Spiritual and emotional seeds I plant every year. I have learned to be very careful how I form those intentions, as they tend to manifest exactly as spoken or written.

 The other day I was looking at some of my old "Daytimers" from the 1980's... it was fascinating to see how many of the goals have been accomplished.

Yes! You can wish all you want but for some reason, once you put it down on paper it becomes real. 

I have a plan. I follow it ... modify it as needed ... I write things down and I get them done.  This applies to my personal life ... not just business goals.

I make a complete business plan that drills down to my daily tasks. We follow the plan all the way to the closed sales board which I keep on the wall for the next year as motivation.

I tried once, and failed miserably.   I know my numbers, know what I need to achieve it, and go with it every day, every week until it is accomplished!
