3rd Offer Accepted took 11 months and that buyer walked.
When I went to the house to fill the brochure box and check on the property -- my lock box had been sawed off ... the Bank Foreclosed on my Client -- and he was a Military Man serving in Afghanistan! Unbelievable! The longest time I've ever fought so hard ... almost got an ulcer on this one!
