Here's the problem.

The consumer is unlikely to know whether the website is a template or custom. Be aware, the consumer enjoys comformity with sites like amazon, ebay, Remax, The Evil Empire.

The real isssue is "Does the agents NEEDS require a custome solution?" Or is the agent chasing shiny things?
