Depending upon the keywords, 1-24 hours.
I used to keep better track of this but, simply haven't had time for the past 3-4 years!

It totally depends on the subject matter and keywords. If you are trying to track certain phases or topics you write about, create Google Alerts on those phrases and you will know when they get picked up.

I have seen mine show up within seconds. I visited with certain posts over time to see they still appear on first page while others have moved on. Just put in the title of your posts to track them. Fascinating to behold this and even more interesting is what it takes to maintain it. There is a King of the Mountain constantly going on for that first Google page especially #1 spot

Local with lots of long tail keywords, maybe an hour or two. Generic posts may take a long time. It will rise if it gets lots of hits and backlinks.

The post has to be wired for SEO and more than the 2000 word blog entry. AR used to be on top of the SEO and we all learned a lot that we transplanted into our own herd of private blogs. More folks on the Internet highway means you better do what you do better than you did. Reinvent how you blog and the platform is not the end all.

Varies. I have had it show up in search within 5 minutes. Then, it will take a while to rise in the rankings...sometimes 1-2 months, more often 3 to 6 months. One of my top articles took 18 months, but has been delivering 4000-7000 clicks/month for a few years. BTW, I have had both of these experiences on AR and my own wordpress site.

Hello Steve, My name is Luis with Alfa Realty Group. I am a new Realtor but was the office administrator for Alfa Realty for some time before making the transition and part of my duties were increasing my brokers online presence. From the past year I have seen a great increase of exposure on google searches for my brokers in a short period of time. We had successful post/articles that got many views and some that received minimal views. What I feel is key to making your post/article appear or rise on google searches is how much interaction is made through that post/article. Our most successful article had a great number of comments, shares, and views which lead it to appear and then rise to the top of google searches in our area. It is also important to share the same article on multiple social media platforms to increase the amount of interaction it receives. Hope this helps and Happy Holidays!

I no longer track with AR. I rarely post here as the juice is just not what it used to be. According to the new owner, AR is not about SEO and Google ranking ... it is more of a social media site for entertainment, engagement, and learning.

It depends on many things. If you do your title correctly & other factors, G should index it in 5 minutes. Sometimes they show up very fast (5 mins) & other times it sort of lazily goes along.
Just because you write something here doesn't make it a 'sure thing' that it will show up. SEO is another segment also with writing.
If you post it elsewhere at the same time you get a boost. G+ is a perfect example of that.

It depends on what the content of the post is.
Many of my market report posts - after sharing with G+ - shows up almost immediately.

AR Blog posts can be indexed in seconds to hours to days. There are many factors involved in getting indexed and also in getting the post ranked on page one, etc.
Follow best practices for SEO in order to have your rankings for your AR blog posts rise.
Sharing on social media, getting traffic to your post, getting backlinks to your post, sharing your content on G+ , twitter, and other platforms, help get your content indexed and ranked.
Sometimes what happens, is google bots come to crawl your content - index and rank it- but then demote it when they find a better source for the same keyword phrase. This has been happening a lot lately.
So it is important to go back to your posts that you want to get ranked on page one and follow all best practices on them, ie: make sure your content is at least 2000 words, the research by SEMRush shows that out of all content on page one - 8 out of 10 of those have content over 2000 words.
And you need traffic - the chicken and the egg syndrome.
You also need backlinks. All data shows that backlinks are still the number one factor for ranking. This is where most bloggers especially on AR, fail.

Depends on search engine scrubber speed. I have seen less than 1 hour or do not show up under your name but still hibernating on www planet somewhere. I wish to caution you that Google only index 2-3 blogs per person not always listing most recent under your name. If you blog daily on similar topics like " Pleasantville condos" it penalizes you as too many similar crap... Those long tail word search can find your blog. But in all honesty who searches topic that way? I have a graduate degree in search behavior and have done work in how people conduct search working locally with Google architect and academia.

It used to be pretty instant if you were using key word and then searched for those key words. As far as rising in the ranks, it is tough to put a time with so many paid to play, spider bots and such. Use the right key words and consumers find your blog.
