You answered it within your question: reliable vendors and support staff. Good ones leave, they die, they get so busy that they're over-extended.

I don't struggle... I like where my business is and I keep it at that level year after year.

    Dealing with way too many incompetent agents and brokers. 

    I was setting up showings the other day, I see a condominium that may work for my buyer.  There were no associated documents attached to the MLS listing.  I called the Listing Agent and asked if she had the condo documents or condo disclosure.   She said, "Oh!  I didn't know that was a condo!  Are you sure?"

    I have been active since January 1985.  Broker license in 1989. 

No real problems.  Would like to double end more deal next year though.

Letting go - I want my hands on everything and they really don't need to be! I have great assistants but, I always want to respect their time so, I will take care of something that they really can do behind the scenes.

Self Control to focus on what is the most important  in my life consistantly.

I tend to take on too much like volunteering in my Board, teaching, training, managing, building houses, selling and listing properties and I don't schedule enough "Me" time. I should know better after 37 years.

Lead generating  marketing through right company.

Right now is hiring a buyer agent ready, willing and abe to work with the excess of buyer leads i get. I work my referals and past clients and then call ins. But i can only work so many, so i need an agent ready to work. You would think an easy feat, but it has not been as agents want salary, guaranteed clients and in real estate, there is no guarantee

Motivation - uhh 34 I think 

Being able to offer the best within a brokerage in a market with more and more discount brokerages and people offering the moon to get agents to move.

Just staying my course. It's amazing how much advice everyone tries to give me so that I should run my business like all the other real estate people. I've had a banner year and look forward to 2018 with a whole lot of ideas on my own where to improve my marketing.

My husband and I have been doing this for 11 years and own our own company.  The biggest struggle has been reliable vendors.  We have a few good fits now that we're happy with.  

We are just ducky, happy, and looking forward to a great year ahead!

The company I used for IDX went belly up last year.  That's been my biggest challenge to overcome in my 26 years.  I've "replaced" it but my clients don't rave about it like they did the old product.  

Meeting my net income goals.

No struggles whatsoever. But time is the biggest shortcoming. I wish I had more time to do all the things I want to do. My days just fly!!!

I find that people sometimes don't want to sign a buyer agency agreement.

I have been slowing down in recent years and it is going according to plan.

Relinquishing control of my transaction management. I have been through several transaction coordinators that cannot grasp the entirety of the the job, live up to my expectations or both. Ughhhh....
