Oh, I was so worried yesterday when Silvia Dukes PA, Broker Associate, CRS, CIPS, SRES asked if anyone had heard from him. I was anxiously awaiting to hear that all was okay. 

What sad news, Fred. We will sorely miss his positivity and support here in the Rain. I feel for his family losing him this time of the year - it's never a good time but, it's a tough time during the holidays.

May Lou rest in peace - as I'm confident he will.

Oh my goodness, Fred. I had not heard this. I noticed he wasn't showing up in the Rain and I saw some people asking about Fred. Thank you for letting us know. This is so sad and Lout will be missed.
