Not often enough, but I am working on a plan for 2018 to get better at staying top of mind on a more regular basis.
some every few days, some every few weeks and others never.
Theoretically or actually?? - the goal is at least once a month but I have to admit I don't hit them all every month.
Not as often as I should and going to do better about that this year.
I do quarterly but should do more I think.
I believe there is great value and return in regularly staying in touch with your past clients. With homeowners in some areas moving on average every 3 years it is important to stay in front of them as much as possible. My suggestion is to be in touch every holiday and birthday that comes around. These individuals are pre-qualified, already own a product you are familiar with, and they have already made the decision to trust you as their agent. Retention is certainly a key to success in real estate sales. I am afraid it is all to often overlooked.
Monthly through calls, notes, pop-bys, e-reports, postcards and mailers.

Depends how close we are, some are once/week, majority are 1/month.
It varies but probably more frequently for those who live locally than those from out of state or out of the country.
Depends of the relationship. Most of them phone numbers saved and I am always available to help and get referrals.
Happy New Year and many sales in 2019!
Some clients want to hear from us more than others, so depends on the client.
Monthly and sometimes depending on the relationship more often.
Depends on the client; however, as often as possible.
I have a bunch who stay in touch nearly monthly. I have one I meet with once a year to have a glass of wine and catch up. Another one calls once a year to catch up on kids and family. A large number reach out throughout the year to see how I'm doing, and I do the same for a lot of others. If I don't stay in touch, it's on purpose.
It really depends on the client

I stopped those contacts upon retirement.
I would stay in touch based on their interests, twice a month. A
I used to do mailings or email drips on a monthly basis. Today I do quarterly invitations for coffee or lunch, with my "good" clients.
Generally when they track me down for the next project.
I really need to get better at this.
