not my thing to go to business owns with a "please send me business"... it's my thing to support their business and let what happens happen.

I really don't have time..my goal is to be writing something every day..a lisiting agreement, an offer, a buyer agency agreement, negotiating a repair amendment....something tangible!

     Some years ago I was with a breakfast group that met once per week.   Bankers, insurance, couple of real estate brokers, car salesman, etc.  But not today.

I meet with them 2+ times a month, whether face to face or on the phone.  

No more meetings at this time.

By routine, the 5 star sphere of business owners are met on a monthly basis. This occurs in the course of doing business. For example the local electric bike owners let me bring buyers in to take riding tours of the area.

Alfresco's, keeps me posted on anything new downtown.

The Amish Furniture store co-markets and stages homes for me.

New business owners are met at the Chamber events or when I see some one present in a place that appears ready to open.

I attend Chamber of Commerce mixers. I am a member of a local service organization. 

I have vendors, which I see often.

I do not.  

I've been trying to get one started at the association through the meetups I host, but to no avail.

Praful Thakkar We work in a business where a person may use use us two or three times during their life time. Most business people need recurring business on a daily basis to survive. I belonged to the Chamber and a breakfast group, but the referrals were always one sided. I didn't find it to be very productive.

Never... outside of my preferred lenders and some of my GC's I don't receive referrals from other businesses, don't expect them, and actually prefer not to get them... my "gift" from any business relationships is top of the line service for any clients I refer to them.

At conferences mostly and not as often as I would like.

Whenever I can and am not listing, selling, teaching, training and blogging.

I just went to lunch at the local brewpub today. I know the owners and the manager. So I always make my presence known so they know I'm supporting them. 

Every 2-4 weeks

I see them at seminars in San Francisco 4 times a year.

I network with 3 insurance men every month, separate of course.

I don't have a schedule but I see them all the time...
