You saw your shadow on money ? Does this mean 6 weeks of prosperity ??!!!

it won't affect our business.... someone should shoot that rodent..... if that's too violent, just poison it....

I don't expect any impact here, other than, hopefully, more inventory. I saw my shadow, too!!
San Jose, CA
It shouldn't! Your spring will just be extended!

Smart consumers are making their spring home purchases now.
It is a beautiful day in Central Oregon. We hope buyers are ready to offer!
You bet it will
I don't think so.
Only the shadow knows.
Here in NH there was no shadow as it was snowing. Therefore Spring shall arrive in 25 days.
You saw shadows on your money? Does it mean your money is disappearing into the shadows? Doesn't auger well to me.
Well, the weather is in the 70s here in Carmel-by-the-Sea and buyers are calling. Both good signs.
Will Hamm - and we also have the same 6 weeks in Boston... lol!
Only your attitude can affect your real estate.
The varmit has not helped me in the past so I see no difference this year.
We had sunshine and I knew more winter is ahead. I am counting the days to spring.
Heck we had temps in the mid 50s today. It felt like spring. We haven't even had any snow to speak of. Just a couple of dustings.
If what you say is true you have too much money lol
Not in the least bit! I'm with Roy Kelley "Smart consumers are making their spring home purchases now."
Too bad Phil wasn't here, he wouldn't have seen his shadow and we could end winter sooner! I am wondering if your shadow was on a big plie of money that you have just laying around? ;-)
All those TV lights they put on that groundhog... doesn't that create shadows?
Will Hamm it depends. Happy Groundhog Day!
I don't have an answer for Denver. A
I wish you'd put your fingers on the correct keys ....
LOL... that leaves it wide open for comments!
My shadow follows me everywhere I go. Even constantly mimics me.
my ground hog saw his shadow too.
It was rather overcast this morning so no shadows here but now it's nice and sunny, shadows galore! I think the outlook for real estate is a good one!
It's definitely affecting the agents we work with - now they will continue to provide winter-related home care/improvement resources via Homebrella to their homeowners (and stay top-of-mind as an "all things real estate agent" as a result - to ensure those homeowners remember them in the future and become their home sellers). - Tim
Hasn't affected the real estate here in Denver, still very nice.
Groundhogs Day, nah
Only if you are a groundhog.
Not if you refer your customers to me in Florida where I can get them a nice winter get away!
I see my shadow all the time. It does not impact real estate in my area. if m shadow and buyers and sellers are following me ... it is good for business.
Hell no! The fun is over and life goes on!
Michael J. Perry nailed this one!
I am sure this is tongue in cheek.
