All of my relatives live out of state so no, they don't list with me :)

Yes they have through me, referring them to an agent in their city we don't have any family where we live. I give them(family) back the referral fee.  Only if they want to go through me.

I have no relatives local to do that. But I have referred family members to the "right" agents to help them in their areas.

No, none of our relatives have ever bought or sold through us.  In my situation Paul S. Henderson, REALTOR®,CRS, I was not a realtor when we lived in the same state as our relatives, though Roger was a realtor.  I do remember them asking him many questions and getting information from him, though they always said they 'had their own friends who were realtors'.

I have done a lot of business with family and enjoyed it. Those in the markets I work use me.

I am not fond of dealing with family.

Sadly, I don't have any relatives for whom I could sell. only my daughter and she does not own a home.. but I would definitely sell my relative's home.

There is no all of any group that works with me and yes I would want all of any of them to work with me.  To me that's a no brainer.

Some have, though I don't have very many relatives.

There are friends and relatives that I will not work for.

I keep family and business separate. I do want they give business to me first as I give them preference first. 

Not all, but my youmger sisters do. I have two of their homes on the market at this time, and will be getting another one next month.
