2. Fewer spectator agents. What I mean is agents who will take action to fix what is not working for them and stop surrendering to the marketing companies.
WHAT WILL HAPPEN?
More nonsense that sounds like 'raise the barriers to entry," 'we got train'n,' and 'ethics of the club." More of the same with the added dimension of more 'hourly' broker business models.

I think we'll see interest rates rise, millennials finally making a purchase (if they can find something), and more people getting into the business because think its a good time. I'd like to see builder building more reasonable homes price wise for millennials and empty nesters. They're missing the mark by building huge homes. I'd like to see more inventory. I'd like to see more regulations on new agents.
