It does surprise me too. I enjoyed his inspector questions and even saw some of his photos used elsewhere too (the frozen water leak for example). He's said it had nothing to do with Q&A. The few blog pages I looked at were full of market reports, and if that were the case most of us would be in trouble. I know he was fond of the "drive by commenting" on new listings... he's actually who I learned it from... but I again can't see that being the issue.

I'd love to get an email from him with what the issue was, to be kept between him and I (and whomever else he emails)... HINT HINT!!! I'm with Lyn Sims and Scott Godzyk, not knowing makes me want to know more.
