I have always prepared and posted my own blog posts....on all of the sites that I use every day....

I  use a WordPress plugin that auto posts to my Facebook business page, LinkedIn and Twitter.  I do not hire out to third parties. 

I start with a post on AR then share from there to the other sites.

I create and run my own ads.  I live by the motto of ABT... Always Be Testing.  I don't have to invest huge amounts of time to create my content for now and to research an ad topic doesn't take a lot of time either so for now I keep my money working elsewhere.  

I did it all myself when I was active.  It seems to be getting more complex now but I'm retired so I don't worry about it.

they offer a package called 220 Social. Its $100 per month for just Facebook or LinkedIn. If you do both for $200 they give you twitter for free. One post per day. No 2 customers get the same posts. They help drive traffic to your website and actually close deals. Highly reccomend. Check them out on Yelp.

I do my own, and I also use the Buffer app. I also manage social media accounts for other, but I also let them know that the best person to do your social media is often YOU (especially for an agent). This way people get to really know you and your personality.

No. I just received a complaint from a buyer because he received a Valentine card from a loan officre I had recommended. The loan officer uses one of those social media manager companies. The buyer is now switching lenders. he had also recieved several other emails about holidays and misc bs from same loan officer who probably didn't even know that much of the stuff was being sent out on his behalf.

I do my own posts, but I do use Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduled posts.  My friday funnies for example are scheduled out 2 months in advance, while listing photos and such are scheduled out a week or two.  I removed all the social media apps from my phone, so now this is the only way I post.
