What I might consider the best CRM, might not be considered the best by someone else. There are people here who swear by Buffini's Referral Maker and I never liked it. I use IXACT and I know other people who like it, but I'm sure there will be people who don't. At the end of the best is relative. And best really does depend on what you need and want from a CRM... then you can choose amongst various plans to see what matches your needs best.

You must make a list of what you need from a CRM, then match the CRM to your needs and budget.

What's the best camera to use? It depends on your needs. (Quality vs. level of complexity vs. size vs. weight)

What's the best car to buy? It depends on your needs. (A small Fiat 500 is easier to park in Manhattan than a luxury Caddilac.)

Who's the best doctor? It depends on your needs. (Sprained ankle? Appendicitis? Heart Attack?)

What's the best real estate CRM? Depends on your needs. No one can answer that for you. You must understand your needs first.

But the truth is, there are some difficult ones that do a lot that people don't use correctly and waste their money.  There are easy ones that some techies need more functionality and waste their money.  So, the truth is, it will depend on what works for you.

I do not know what is best for you. I successfully used Top Producer for many years but as the years passed, it became less user friendly.

I think that Brivity, or Referral maker are both very good, have heard good things about others too, but in the end the real answer is that thing that you told us not to say.

Try IXACT Contact. In fact, IXACT Contact has its own ActiveRain Blog on AR. It is the best and so EZ to use in my experience. Check it out for a free trial.  Very logical and intuitive.  All the best, Lynn

The RIGHT CHARLOTTE REALTOR!

I've learned, it's not a one-size-fits all. I used Top Producer for years and hated having to train new assistants on it - it's NOT user-friendly. Then I went with the one owned by the same person who owns this space (AR) and it seemed to be left by the wayside to expire - customer service went from A+ to D in about 6 months - very buggy.

Friends recommended Ixact and I've moved over to that and things seem to be clicking right along this year - THANKFULLY! It's a system that's been in place for quite some time and several people that I've spoken with about it have been with them for years and are just as happy today as they were Day-1.

Good luck with whatever you decide upon, JJ!

The best one is the one that you like and use.  Looking for it or not, that is a fact.  I am not a big fan of most CRM's ... so I can offer no comparative help. I'll be Mr. Google can.  I echo Corinne Guest, Managing Broker comment.

If there was a BEST CRM, everyone would use it -- the answer really is "the one that works for you"

My CRM, Jungo, is the best FOR ME ---- but it has tons of functionality, requires someone to be at least semi-savvy with marketing ideas and workflows, and is not "idiot proof".  For a lot of people, my CRM would probably be too much.

Others in my company use a CRM that's completely basic and that's perfect for them.

It really is an individual question --- you want it to be simple enough that you'll use it, but functional enough to be sure you're getting your money's worth.

For my money, Jungo is the best I've found - they have a real estate agent platform, too.

The best? SalesForce hands down.  But it's not cheap, and takes some effort to set up your customization.

I am happy right now with the flexibility of my Market Leader CRM. It is highly customizable (a must), but also gives me stock responses if I am too lazy to make my own. It immediately notifies me when I have a registrant or an inquiry and I can connect with customized info within a minute or two.

I can create campaigns and reminders (I need those). These are some of the favorite features and it ties right in with my IDX, website, community pages and landing pages. It integrates with social media. It has metrics too.

I am not so ingrained that I would not change if something was easier or better or less expensive.

I've been researching CRM's for my new wordpress site for the last few weeks. I decided to go with InFusionsoft and have them custom build a CRM for me. It's costing 2k up front and about $100 per month after that. But my CRM will be set up an unlimited amount leads, I can as many agents as I need and it comes with a lot of extras the other guys simply cannot do. it is also easy for me to change. My team is producing about 100 new leads per month and most of these are pipeline customers. I felt that Fusionsofts proposal fit with my long term business goals.

There are a lot of much cheaper "out of the box" options such as Lion Dest, Purple Dot and others like Top Producer that cost a lot but harder to use.

You really need to look at the amount of leads that you produce, what exactly you want from the CRM, how many agents that will need to add now or in the future and finally, your budget. You will find your CRM when you answer these questions and talk to a few reps from these companies.

My CRM will be up and running in a week or so. Check back with me and I will let you know more.

You can not be serious. There are 100's of CRM's and many of them have very special features that aid an agent in making money.

Some specialize in client relationship management while others are very efficient at 'old school' email.

Some have lead generation capacities while others are excellent at nurture and conversion.

Some exist soley becuase of the reputation of their aged system.

A few actually have seen the future and waiting for agents to get a clue. If you see where you need to be in a few years, this should stimulate your curiosity.

Not knowing what you are willing to do is like asking us to REALLY give you next weeks lotto number.

Seriously, the right response to this question as it is currently presented is, 'What does your CRM need to do for your business?"

Define the need, and better answers will follow.

Good question get great responses.
Do not make the mistake of conforming your business to your CRM, But find the CRM that supports your business and direction.

More data needed.
