In the world of service providers there is rarely only one choice. I'll be changing SM dashboards and will have not less than 3 to entertain.
The provider you have contacted has given you a hint of what your future may hold. Move on. Clearly the left hand and right hand are attached to different bodies. Hmmm, sounds a lot like a real estate agent TEAM.
But, as a business owner yourself, you would appreciate knowing where all your customers are disappearing to. Maybe, this owner is unaware there's a problem.
