Susan, I hope you get an answer here. If I receive the offer, LBP, and seller disclosures in separate docs I just send them on to the client for their e signatures and then forward back to the other agent. I know you can split a document off so I will be interested to see if you can merge.
I'll print them off for my records as I always keep a hard copy and our brokerage is fine with sending them on as separate docs for their records as long as they have all the docs to the transaction.
I know some REO banks demand all docs be sent as one PDF so this is a hassle for you especially since you are not a regular user.
Waiting for the answer . . .

You may need to follow what Bob Crane said. And here's just one of the reasons I don't use DotLoop. Can you download all the parts to your computer and combine them into one document and then reload to DotLoop?

I have faced the same issue and if you try to change any document it erases the signatures. You need to print and scan.

Any attempt to modify the document will void the e signatures, for a good reason.
I would just leave it in three parts, or do the print and scan thing, or ask them to resubmit the offer in one document.

Hi Susan, my office just starting using Dotloop.. and I'm not that famliar with it yet.. I have never encountered that problem. I would say the easiest thing would be to re-scan it into one document and import it back into Dotloop.

well you did what I would have suggested. I hate when agents send multiple documents, but that beats getting a contract mailed as one page jpegs. LOL

Print it as a .pdf file to your hard drive and upload it as one piece back into dotloop.

I would not waste my time and and ask for a complete package in ONE single PDF file. Most agents use CAR Zipforms and it is almost never an issue.

I've tried that before with zipforms and a couple different PDF combiners, didn't work. Only option would be to print each one to a new PDF then combine the new PDFs.

maybe that's a good reason to NOT be a dotloop user!

Looks like you figured it out ... print to PDF would take care of that. There is compression in that process.

Thats one of my things I don't like about dotloop, besides Zillow owning it. Our broker wants things in the loop seperate, ie PA, LBD, SD etc... So I have printed and scanned in before as well.

I was going to suggest combining them with Adobe or Cute PDF... then I see that you have done exactly that!

One of many reasons we use Docusign even though DotLoop is available for free...

Susan Haughton - Once upon a time in my other life, I had to use DotLoop at a different Broker. I found it to be very unfriendly. Thankfully, my Broker now doesn't use DotLoop. I do remember there is a phone number for agents to get Tech Support. Sometimes they were helpful; other times not. Still on other occasions, they worked behind the scenes manipulating my information. I wasn't comfortable with it.
Sorry, I can't help. I think DotLoop is now in partnership with Zillow, but I can't be positive. Good luck!

That sure sounds like a pain, just to get all the document in one place.

Susan Haughton - good you figured it out! Sometimes, some things are simple - we just need to find the right way to do it.

I don't think there is a way to do that or at least I haven't found it.
