I would have every person who tries to improve it spend a month working behind the scenes there listing to us whine . . . without pay.

I am currently accessing AR via my mobile phone and it tends to be much slower, less accurate and I remain unable to tag members. 

I would rename it "Where Alan lost his mind".

• Better monitoring for spam
• Emphasis on Google Juice / SEO 
• Adherence to the purpose of the platform REAL ESTATE - this means all the rest of the CRAP (non-real estate related is nuked). This might actually help with SEO and Mr. Google's Juice

When I first signed up for AR, I read many  blogs and questions from members about how AR lost some of it's link juice online.  I would like to see AR promote more on social media to the general public and try to get that power back. 

I've been a paying member since 2016 or 2015, I would like to see something like one free promoted new listing a month posted by AR to your local area on Facebook or something.  Then maybe charge extra for more AR promoted listings. 

More clicks back to AR might increase the power of AR website.  Maybe have a "listings" section on AR as well for new listings?  Something to get the general public to look at AR as the authority in real estate information. 

AR has over 31K likes on Facebook and with the new algorithms, they need to use that toward their advantage.  It could benefit everyone, AR would have more traffic - ad revenue possibly?  Users - get more leads or followers?  I'm not an SEO expert by any means, but a good site, good advertising, good members providing lots of info and listings, and lots of traffic is always a Win-Win.

A consumer-focused QA section similar to what Trulia had with Voices years ago - where the questions and answers are indexed by the SEs

Getting rid of the people posting spam/canned BS.

Better control of Spam would be helpful, but getting rid of glitches in the system quicker would also be helpful.

Please dont rock the boat, upgrades here just lead to shutdowns and tons of dumb questions for months afterwards about how to work around the issues.

A higher standard for entry. As a membership designed for RE professionals, students are not  Real Estate professionals, yet.

To create a competitive drive or spirit that powers AR up to mach one speed. Making the points go to work as in spending them will begin this process
