RealBird has a tie in with Twilio.  Works well enough.  Link goes to the single property website which can have video on it.  You get the notification via email pretty quickly too.

E.g. message in sign:

Then when 555-111-2222 receives the 1234 message, it will text back a link to the video or page with video.

Plus, you'll collect the mobile phone# as a lead.

  Can you do all of that with a text?  Sounds more like a single property website.

For your purpose you may want to consider a separate site to host these videos. That way you can make the video interactive with active, onscreen buttons and call to actions. Click to 'send message,' 'call' or 'video conference' with Mark. 

Then there will be no advertisers or auto-play of next video or other agents hitching a ride....unless it's your intro that  is the next play. 

I think it is clear that your cell number is already present on the yard sign. If they are texters they will know what to do. 

So, no need to make this expensive or complex. My experience has been those properly fliers with the QR code for the tour work exceptionally well, low tech and multifaceted. Don't do fliers? Ok, have a QR rider that goes to your vault of listed homes. They will find the right house.

Now ListingGrabber has the technology you want to use. But if you are like me, the tech is easy enough to replicate and keep the 300 to 500 a month in my pocket. Depends on what you have the most of, time or money. At some point you will need to spend money to make money.

our team members don't use any lead capture text message service....

We use Voice Pad, but there is not a video link.

That's a tall order of business. I don't know one that will do all of that. Most give photos/video linking to a landing page. The agent is notified the listing has been pinged and you have a phone number to follow up. KWKLY will do that for you.

My friend's father is the CEO of voicepad. When I was on it, it did not have video, but they may now.

I give them a link to the page that has all of the information about the listing, including the embedded YouTube video + my name/contact information. Very simple but, effective.
