13 - 6 listings & 7 buyer sales - all referrals from sphere or (4) from a neighborhood from my first listing.

I have no idea as it was 30 years ago! I know I did get an award for something and that was cool.

I do not recall the exact number.  In general, I am not one to share or post about my sales.  It's just not my style or personality. 

Took me a little while to get my wheels gripping and did 7 sales for $3.3 million, I was handed a referral by my office manager who I don't think realized it was a million dollar client that helped tremendously.

I set a goal for myself.  Not realizing, at the time, that it was a lofty goal.  I decided I would have 12 transactions... 1 per month.

I actually achieved that goal... 11 sales, and 1 rental (I count that as a 'transaction'... right?)

Too long ago to remember. I opened my first real estate office in the summer of 1961.

I don't remember the exact number.  I do know had a listing and had it under contract within 9 days of getting my license.

  15 or 16.  Most of them were starter homes or low-end priced homes.  The experienced agents dumped buyers and sellers they didn't want on me, the new agent in the office.  I worked with what I had!

Only 3. That was a long time ago. 

Sales. I don't do rentals.

I was in transition from a former career and still on separaton pay from that career. My wife also worked so between us, basics were handled and I had plenty of time to learn my new job.

It was decades ago so I really don't remember. 

Hmm, that was a long time ago. Enough to entice me to want to do more the next year and the next year and the next year.

It was so long ago I have no recollection of that.  I do remember having 4 sales going at once before I really knew what I was doing.  It was stressful. 

That is a question that is hard to answer in that the only person I represented was my husband.  Right from the start with my real estate career, I was involved with administration and became the managing Broker of our brokerage 3 years after getting licensed. I do not do active sales.

Neither one of us can recall, what was great is that we did not have to dip into our reserves.

I do not recall exactly, but not enough or as much as I would have liked to have.

80% of first year agents here do not close a deal. 50% of them dropped out after 1+ year. High attrition rate. I have seen those have closed 10X more than experienced 1st year and hit 7 figures income quickly. Our avg number of transactions on experienced agent is a mere 2-4 transactions due to high number of agents and potentially very high comepensation. My first year I got closings from SOI not from door knocking.

It is really what you want to do with a license.

It was way back in 1990 and I think it was 12, one a month. 4 years later I closed 198. That I remember!

I'd say, a lot. I was almost a rookie of the year.

My first year in my Forestry business was at least 20 clients, kept me very busy.

Oh dear, that was 38 years ago and can't remember exactly but probably 12-15. It went up steadily from there.

I do remember 39,000 being my first sale.

I really don't remember but my first full year was actually pretty good relative to others in the brokerage

It was a long time ago, but I believe it was 12 and $3 million.   I quit my full time job after 9 months when I made more part time than I did full time.

Can't remember for sure, but I think it was around 1.2 million in sales.  We both got licensed in April of 2009 as part-time agents so it wasn't a full year.  We did earn the Rookie of the Year Award from our office though!

Not many, it took me 7 months to close my first escrow and closed about 4 deals that first year.  I listed about 5 homes from expireds and none of them sold.  I sure learned quite a bit and have fed my family from the hard work and dedication that first year.

Enough that we had 160 Buyer leads "untouched" and started a team with two Buyer Agents to handle those...

The files on that one have been discarded years ago.
