These days I am proud if I post anything ... just getting a post done feels like a major accomplishment. Congratulations to you on your proudest blogging moment. 

There's not one moment to point to, but the reaction I get when I take on a client that found me from my blog is that I am exactly like what they thought I would be from reading my posts.

several years ago I wrote a few blog posts focused on new construction, and Inman called me to ask if sections of my posts could be used in an article ..... sections of two posts were used....

No one proudest moment for me, but perhaps a collection of the same moment repeated over the last few years.  It's become fairly common for me to get a call from a potential patio home buyer and they'll say something to the effect of "I found you EVERYWHERE!".

Yes, the Google juice from AR is still out there working well for us.

Proudest moment so far was first time I had a post featured on AR.

Hmm, not one in particular, but I have had students comment that they have seen my posts everywhere.

Not sure of the exact article that did it but I did a short segment on a local tv station because their producer found some of my subdivision articles online. 

Everytime I run into someone who tells me that they enjoy reading my blog.

They might not mention ActiveRain but when I can determine that AR is the source I am glad(not sure proud describes it for me)I have devoted the time over the years. 

Good for you, John - that HAS to beat any proud moment any of us could have!

Mine would be (from the customer side) - I landed a $2M listing that they found me here and told everyone how thankful THEY were for 'AcidRain' and finding me! We still laugh about it and that was 9 or 10 years ago!

From the agent side - I wrote a tongue-n-cheek blog during the recession about agents who were working at the mall, trying and failing to represent clients in real estate. It was featured on the big screen at NAR on the big screen a few weeks later!

I wrote a post several years ago about the real truth about why real estate agents are in the business to counteract Motley Fool. It felt good to own up to the fact that the money is a big part of why we are in this profession.

Every time when someone mentions anything good about my blogs or any media post, I feel proud. Today two people called to say hello and thank you for my posts. It felt really good. I truly appreciate those who reach out and leave feedback, even if it is something I have to work on. 

Great that you've had traction on that. It's a 'feel good' story for sure.

Blogging is funny - the ones that you think are total hits turn out to be duds. The ones you could care less about are featured. 

One of my posts has like 89,000 hits & I can't tell you how that happened.

Can't really say I had one proudest moment. I've had wonderful responses to numerous posts and they are all totally appreciated. From a business perspective last year I linked a neighborhood update post to LinkedIn and got a $500K listing from that. That listing led to another one of over $400K and then a purchase of about $200K.

The first time my post was featured was absolutely incredible.

I posted a video / blog on AR about a beach cleanup event that I participate in. It's still getting tons of SEO clicks and it was an AR featured article!

When one of my blog posts united a Father and Daughter that were separated shortly after birth.  The daughter saw my post and called me.  The rest is history in the making.  

That first AR Feature Post was pretty exciting too, but nothing compared to the Father / Daughter story.

Interesting way to get us back to your post. My proudest blogging moment was when I completed the 30-day challenge of posting every day.

I can not point to just 1 moment, but perhaps to mnetion just last year after not being featured for over 6 months, i wrote a blog about not being featured. Got a call from one of the most famous AR bloggers that told me what to do, what to change and how to feel. It made sense. I made an edit to my thought, buried the anger towards AR and my next days blog was featured.

When I know I've edited well have used the right "there," supported the right disruption and left behind the need to know more. 

However, it is community information that gets the most visits.

I don't have any particular one that stands out but when I go on appointments with buyers and sellers its always nice to find out they've been reading my post for year, especially my marketing reports!

Participating in the Rain is all I need!

It always an accomplishment when I can write and post anything.. but when I have on of my blogs Featured here in AR . it a great moment!

      Several years ago, a young lady contacted me via Facebook about a blog post I had written about her grandparents' long established business.

     It had been a Tallahassee "institution" that had succumbed to progress.   I won't copy her FB message here, suffice to say it was very moving.

Those who devote on cold calls gets the joice.

I would have to say that when people tell me they see me all over the internet.
