I question your question and why would you ask this question on the question board, when you already asked the question on a separate blog post about this question.  And not questioning your integrity nor questioning your intelligence but I question why you have a typo on this page (reduncancy) and I question the word challente where you asked this question on the post about this question.

I would like to speak out about spelling errors in listings and related documentation, advertising, etc.  The listing should be spell-checked and the listing agent should be embarrassed if the listing contains spelling errors.

Going on listing appointment and getting the listing should be a proud moment for the listing agent, beating out all the other agents vying for the same listing.  Then to put it in the Multiple Listing Service with spelling errors does a disservice to the seller/client, and reflects poorly on the listing agent and the listing broker office.

I was showing my buyers the homes for the showings I was setting up. I explained showing these homes would be tricky due to time constraints and the showings would have to be carefully planned. My showing of the showing plan helped them understand our schedule of showings.

I am sure that others can do this much better than I can.

While I don't understand your question, Grammarly is a fantastic writer's tool and can make everything you write more professional.  I once listed my own home with a Realtor, and spent several hours rewriting the listing because it was so poorly done.  If I had not liked the fellow so much, I would have fired him.
