It varies, but rarely to bed before 11. A nap now and then is pretty nice when I can make it work!

My hours vary but, typically go to bed about 1:30AM and get about 5.5 hurs of sleep. I can drink coffee until 10PM and then have to stop or I won't be able to sleep.

Hope you get caught up this weekend, Tim!

Tim,

It depends on which time zone we find ourselves in...It depends on how much work we have to do.  Yesterday we were up at 4AM and left for Beverly Hills at 5AM.  Back home by 11AM and worked until 1:30AM...those deadlines, and up at 6 this morning...I have a feeling we will be in bed early.  A

Work Days: up at 4:30AM in bed between 8PM-9PM

I close my office 95% of the year by 6PM. I do make rare exceptions for my best clients. That way I can get hope consistently to my bride (and when in town, my son) and give them the best of me , not what's left of me.

Love your sign PropertyMinder (AccelerAgent) - so true here!  Well, I have 'a range' (a little Real Estate humor - HA!).  Get between 6+ and 7+ hours of sleep, and some days it's enough, and some days it does not seem to be.  I'm up late 11 p.m. +/-, and up between 7 and 7:30 am.

I just woke up from a nap! I was upset over a buyer couple that cannot come to an agreement and put me in the middle. I needed a break.

To answer your question I try to get 8 hours. I actually have taken to sleeping later in the morning. I used to get up 5:30-6:00, now when I hear the clock strike six I roll over for another 1/2 hour.
