I know I've never done 5 buyers in one day. Two for sure, possibly there was a day with three, but don't recall. How many I'll do depends on how many homes need to be show, where they need to be shown, and to whom (some people take an inordinately long time to look at each and every home).

I prefer listing properties to heavy buyer work. I usually dedicate myself to only a few buyers at a time & I usually do not book them all on the same day. I used to work with a great buyer's agent & he said he had done 5  in a day & admitted it was too much. 

On a new listing I can camp out and have tours like i was grand central station. 

I would guess my maximum all time to be around seven.  Meet at the property, that's the secret and also enforce your time limits and demand people be on time.

Back when I showed homes all day every day, I think 3 or 4 was my max and I learned to schedule more gaps in my day from those experiences, because residential buyers are practically never on time and neither are listing agents who need to assist! 

I can't recall. Six sounds about right.

I don't remember. Probably 4. Yesterday was three.

A couple dozen at an open house, but other than that I try to send them to my buyers agent.

Five is my record too.

Our inventory is so limited, we only see houses that the buyers have already fixated on through viewing on the internet or from links that I have sent. The days off showing 6-10 houses are a memory.

I can’t say I have showed that many in a day before. I think three different buyers is my max.

How many of the homes you showed today, did you show to multiple buyers?  That’s the problem here these days. I figured my county as a whole has 46 days of inventory 

I think three different buyers. And two of them were looking at the same homes.

One or two.  Unless you count my open house today where I easy had 20+ groups of buyers through!

If some came from out of town, we may have shown 6-7 suitable locations for their business.  It really depends on the circumstances.  A

3 is the most 

5 was my top and it did get a little confusing since 3 of the buyers wanted to seee pretty much the same houses.

4 - I was very tired.

Hard work man.... no more than 3... I focus on listings...  keep rocking....

With real video tours, it is open house on demand. We show less homes and sell more houses now with videos doing the round the clock showings. The buyer calls, wants this house and then we move on to are you all set bank wise and help get the financing. Videos are super and save wear and tear on house after house eenie meenie miney moe. It sorts out the ones they don't want because they can see the back yard, how close homes are and decide yea or nay. I put half the miles on my Jeep these days because of videos that save everyone time. Weather or time of day or distance away. None of those factor keep the show from going on.

More than 20 and five of those purchased 5 quads that day and 3 the following day. All contracts written on the hood of my car and closed within 30 days. We had 17 quads available and 3 agents working the site. My guess would be 80 potential Buyers came by 3 hours on Saturday and 3 hours more on Sunday. Six hours of effort and nothing was left. 

a couple at most    People often go to open house and view themselves. Some  how an offer or many shows up w/o showing....

Most in one day was 3 couples.

I have had 3 buyers in one day, and if they are in the same general area, it isn't too bad.

Recently I have shown up to three seperate  buyers in one day .   I do enjoy showing  condos  .   In the Spring I may show as many as five  buyers in one day when showing condo communities .

Different buyers and different houses?

ha! today I showed homes to 2 different buyers.

Four buyers in one day, it was exhausting with 4-5 homes each... not recommended. Limitation of access due to guests in the vacation homes left me with no choice.

5 different buyers in one day is way beyond the norm, Praful Thakkar . Good for you - and I bet you are very, very tired!

Generally only one set of clients. In my market, with such low inventory, and the demand of one client, that's generally all that I can serve. Many buyer clients have been known to consume 6-8 hours of my day showing properties. 

I don't think I've done more than three. I have two today.

It was an Open House.

Different houses to different buyers would have logistical limits and at the mercy of daylight and Supra lock out. 

I think 6 would be maximum.
