I'm self motivated and have never needed to be driven by others to perform my best.  Motivations Speakers, fellow Realtors and other real estate groups have always been a part of my career and feed the Psyche.  I strongly encourage others to get an accountability partner as self motivation works for a very small percentage of people.

For several years I belonged to a TIPS groups which was a generic version of BNI.  I also started a small Mastermind group with non-real estate industries. Both were very effective in generating business. 

I am broker/owner of my brokerage. I'm a big girl. I hold myself accountable. But I understand others have other needs, and for them it works.

Professionally, no. I am where the buck stops and starts!
Personally, yes. I have a tribe and they kick my ass and make me like it. I may get a swipe in on them on occasion as well. I'm nicer than they are though! (ducking, running)

Yes!  I love Active Rain, Relylocal and I meet with other agents in my area that are like me (independent) and we encourage one another.  

Having said that ... I have always been self-motivated and a go-getter without anyone prodding me on.

I've tried several groups BUT many are filled with members who are semiretired which is not a productive use of time. Most accountable to myself and son in college who needs the dough

No... it's not my style. I can hold myself accountable and can encourage myself. I think it's dangerous to wait on someone else to fullfill oneself.

Yes, the main one is  the MKP. I have my own group in my location.

I am self motivated and keep myself on track most of the time. Also, I am part of an online "tribe" of like minded bloggers/social media users so it is fairly easy to keep the momentum going without the need for accountability.

But to answer your question, I was coached by Floyd Wickman about 17 years ago and listen to Tom Ferry almost daily but am not coached by them.
