Praful I try not to show more than six or seven because the attention span confuses buyers... and that is strictly for Relocation Buyers to Los Angeles... local buyers  just one or two at most and that is due to inventory issues...Endre

This was definitely the exception but the buyer had 2 days max and had to find something, was from out of town and didn't know the area at all...and wanted to look at a variety of styles (townhouse and detached), so 30 houses in 2 days, BUT in neighborhoods that were pretty close to each other.  I brought a cooler full of drinks, water, snacks, lunch and we just rolled.  It was actually a lot of fun, the client was hilarious and it worked out okay because we had a good system.  Would not want to keep that pace with everyone, that is for sure! 

It was  years but one Air Force wife had me show her about 16 homes in one day. The good news is she did eventially purchase Praful Thakkar 

Less than ten.

For relocating buyers it is more than 10.

Our inventory is mostly very high end and you don't just run in and run out. And those that are lower priced, well, there just is not that kind of inventory. But to answer your question, the most I have shown on one day recently has been 3.

I subbed for my buyers agent last weekend and showed 3 during our epic snowstorm.

This weekend they want her to show them 10, hopefully they can narrow that down before heading out. 

Fortunately I will not be attending this parade of homes.

I believe 25 was my limit. Even I was confused.

I think 8 was the max, over two cities.  For a buyer that was choosing between areas.  Did that twice for him and on the second day he bought.

That's too many for 2.5 hours, Praful!  You will barely have time to get from one to the other, let alone preview them.

I think my maximum was around 10 in an entire day with relocating buyers.

Maybe 7 - but the homes were quite spread out and we encountered a major back up due to an accident so the day was quite long and exhausting for my clients - but ended with an accepted offer!

Never no more than 3, I interview buyers before we go out.

Over 20 to a relocation guy who moved every couple of years. He also liked going to open houses on weekends even if he was not in the market. It was a complete waste of time. A favor to the broker!

I showed a relocation buyer 10 homes a week ago, they had 3 days to find a home and we found it in day 1. 

Seven, and that was exhausting.

Definitely more than ten - many years ago and to a relocating buyer.

Probably somewhere around 10 or 12. 

It was 13 or 14.

I limit it to 7 but, have done twice that many condos in Uptown Charlotte before. Walkability & proximity to one another made it relatively easy but, we had to take great notes to avoid having them all run together!

Out of state people 14 or 15.   It was a hechtic day.  Did buy 2

15 and never again.

I limit buyers to 6 per day if separate properties.

8 per day if more than one condo per building.

More than that is harmful to them and hard on me.

Praful ~ I have shown 13 homes in one day to a client... went pretty well, but were saved by note taking as they all started to blend after the 5 hours. 

I've done some marathoning with relocation clients who had a very limited time window. I don't remember how many, too many, it's all just a blur.  

I think it was 15 in one 

15-20 ... its an all day affair.

Oh God. Back in the boom days when I was a young pup and there was inventory, it wasn't that uncommon to show 20 + homes in an afternoon, maybe half of those drive by and rule out.. But that's the dumb way to do it.
I learned very quickly how to zero in. Once you research properly, there should be no need to show more than maybe half a dozen homes max, come up with a top 3, make an offer on one they like the best. Rare exception.

It depends. Relocating buyers with limited time may want to view more but we try to narrow down to a reasonable number. 

40 years ago when I DID work buyers for about 6 months, I showed 3 homes.... had no patience for them... quickly became a listing agent and never regretted a day of it....

best I can recall it was 12, a long time ago.

Twelve in under two hours.  Homes were close together and buyer was no nonsense knowing what he wanted,  and if it was not a possiblity we were out the door in five minutes.

I've shown about 15 condos.  But all were in the same general area, so it was easy.

I only show them 6 in one day because more they will mix them up.

22 and we visted two of t hem twice.  She bought one of those two.  She was here from our of state and we looked at property way past dark.

I had some relocation buyers from TN years ago, we had 63 homes in 4 days, so think it was 27.   They were all in the same neighborhood, buyers market, so we actually had inventory to see.
