Success,  as we know, can and does have many definitions. While I am not inclined to share those specifics in this forum right now, suffice it to say I have had a "success"  or two this week/month/year and I wish the best for everyone who is and is not part of AR. 

I found a handyman that comes along once in a decade. I shared him with all my clients and things are getting repaired, replaced and done. All win!

sure.... did a mailing in this extreme sellers' market and had 5 listing calls... that's alot for this marketplace...

It was a very successful week!

I enjoyed the privilege of working hard for my active clients this week and shall join with settled clients that love their new home for a celebratory dinner this evening- Yes, success!!

I had two closings this week and a referral check.

So many success stories, including celebrating 34 years of joy with my lovely wife today.

In counters on one of my converted FSBO listings.

Every day is a success even when it feels like a disaster.  There are lessons in every moment.  

My most recent success was two days ago.  I spent 3.5 hours in court with my client ... attending an unlawful detainer (eviction) trial.  My client won the case and she left with a Judgment.  After nearly 4 months of dealing with the legal process, my client will soon have possession. I will then be able to get my client what she wants.  A sold home!!! 

Nothing other than I am taking up the role as a coach at the office. Teach new agents about contracts etc. It is amazing those with the right social contact start real estate first month or two with 3-4 million dollar homes. 

2 closings, 3 new listings and 3 pending buyers. We are thankful to be so busy and have great clients! -K

I think that Michael Jacobs said it better than I would have. At the outset what needs to be defined is "success."

My success is retirement.

      I dropped a Buyer who was running around town from house to house.  Just could not make up her mind.  She was able (pre-approved), but not ready and willing.  

     She ultimately bought a house, several months after I cut her loose. 

     Success for me, because the ROT (return on time) would have been nil.  

It's been a great year so far!

Successful week..

Buyer A was approved by the BOD at the HOA meeting , so moving forward

Buyer B submitted a contract  and was accepted ,, Inspection set for next week,

Seller C closed on their home, *  was part of a 3 part transaction  joining 2 homes into one so 2 sales and one purchase completed!

And my hubby got a night off, 1st one in weeks!

So great week!

I listed 9 condos being sold as a package this week. That is success in the listing department. Now to get them sold

I had so much fun this week. It was a great one:) 

We just closed 4 escrows, all clients are happy ~ that is our business success story of a last week.

Two sets of buyers won bidding wars this week and are nothing short of thrilled to soon be moving into their new homes...and, of course, I'm thrilled for them too!

Wonderfully busy and successful week...that is what I blog about and that is the subject of my weekly radio show. 

I scheduled a work free weekend to be with my family and so far it's almost been successful with only one house showing, two phone calls, and two texts Nancy Robinson Ranked #111 by Real Trends/Wall Street Journal 

Nothing stands out that I feel ike sharing - there have been a host of successes as well as opportunities to improve.

Always thrilled when I make calls, connect with past clients, and then someone wants to buy or sell.

I have been working a client for 6 months on a custom home  to be built. They finally are ready to sign the contract and gave approval on it today. I have spent nearly 2 full weeks on it since the beginning. I feel relief.
