why would you use a company to respond to leads.... the members of the team respond to their own leads....and in a very timely fashion... I can count the seconds...trust me on that one!!!

the first one who speaks to a "lead" is the one who needs to work the lead...leads don't like to be bounced around....

One of the agents I work with uses Agentology to attempt the initial contact.
He's been doing it for about a month, so far so good.
He could not handle the leads himself, so this service fills a need.

They either qualify or unqualify the lead.
An email is sent out and parsed into the CRM with the results and notes.
