Website providers for real estate agents are abundant. I don't why you want to go Wordpress, it's a little old school. Who cares about the engine and the backend technologies. Rather focus on the functionalities and what you want it to do for you, like an IDX....

I'm not aware of any website designer/provider who focuses strictly on listings. I actually don't know that sellers peruse websites like this very much. What sellers want is a robust website where their listings appear and where they know they will received good buyer traffic interested in their listing.
