I have never heard of them. There is a company called Market Leader, but I think these companies are coming up like weeds in a garden.

So, I've had my real estate licence since 2004. Last 5 years, I've been selling New Homes for builders. I recently decided to move about 1/2 hour from where I did resale real estate for years. In addition, I decided to go back into mainstream re and be my own boss again. I have a lot of experience, but as far as getting clients right away, that is the hard part. Plus, I'm my sole provider.
I came across a Market maker lead ad on facebook. Some girl saying how wonderful, amazing. She more deals than she can handle.
So, I ended up talking to the Marketing Manager, Jacob Houle, for over an hour. He sold me on the system. I agreed this is something I'd like to try. Start up cost for first month - $1,846.
They have a process of young girls/guys, with zero real estate experience, calling/texting visitors to a website they set up. The back office calling these people set up a "phone appointment". I get notified I take the call on appointed day/time. Our calandar's are synced, so I block off times I'm not available for these phone appointments.
So, I got a total of 8 phone appointments. I would make myself available and the call at the appointed time. All but 2 of these calls, went to voicemail.
And 1 of the one's that actually answered, was a "phone appointment" there office set up - when I had 4 hours blocked off for a week prior. So needless to say that was a big mistake. I was willing to give them another chance. Also there time zone is 2 hours ahead, which doesn't help.
2nd big mistake. Another phone appointment. They have these auto texts that go out to the Phone appointment person before the call. It malfunctioned, and texted this guy 5 times within a 2 hour window prior to the appointed time for the call. Needless to say - he didn't answer my call.
There were other issues to. I found this system a waste of time, and the mistakes made me loose complete trust in them. I asked for a refund. I sent multiple emails asking for a refund. 1 week went by. Then they said they won't refund me. I'm not willing to throw another $1,500 at them to make me look bad and unprofessional. They tried to debit my account the $1,500 after I said I wanted to cancel. But they couldn't.
Shady company with zero integrity.

Sorry, cant help you John, my team is very good at generating their own leads and have not time to waste on some store bought leads that may or may not work.

Checked their site and not really interested. Great sales, but testimonials appear limited.

They have been around for quite a while... both had been successful in real estate... though as with others, they have found additional streams of income by "helping" others to build their business...
I have not participated in any of their programs, however have read some of their materials. The programs seem to change from time to time.
Like most of the different programs out there, it may work for some, not or others. (IMO)
